Exactly. I enjoyed the best seat in the house, in front of my computer. Which reminds me, gotta check out the AT&T blue room and see if any highlights are up yet.

Thanks Alison. I'll post the pics later if someone else doesn't first and I can figure out how to scan with my new computer. So when you see the one with the top of his head cropped off, it wasn't me.
Ok, first the idiotic Blender quote although it may be in some other rag, um, mag cause I can't find it now - imo - something about Eugene being white and shirtless which must be an Ukranian version of a tan. Last I heard they are basically now from NY with a bit of a side step to Brazil - at least for Eugene.
Stupidity, unless you are a musician of color, most musicians are night folks and aren't laying out during the day, usually sleeping. Of course, I exclude Britney and others of her ilk as I don't consider them musicians.
Now to the Eugene comment from 4/27/08: Coachella has such a manic vibe. I love it. We played here last year, in one of the tents. Fortunately they were smart enough to put us on the main stage this year. We've been on the the road for two months, and this was out last show. Our goal was to upstage every other motherfucker in the place - and we did. Now I'm going to drink some champagne, find a beautiful California girl and get laid. As I told some folks that PMed me, I'm not any kind of uber feminist, but still....
Reading it again, no big deal, although perhaps just a bit arrogant. Which is not unusual for lead men going back to, well, WAY back. Guess the comment wasn't so earth shattering after all.
