Right, I don't normally do things this lame, but I have and that's all there is to it.

I've entered a bloody competition online. A photography competition. A photography competition I saw on the music channel Viva. A photography competition I saw on the music channel Viva that's sponsored by a skin-care company. Why? Because I was bored and I need something exciting to happen with my photography.

You can help by clicking this link and voting for me.

You will need to sign up, but it's surprisingly quick and easy to do so. You can vote for me every day until the competition ends in a couple of weeks. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO THIS FOR ME. So far I have one vote, and it's my own. I clicked it about five minutes ago and felt like a saddo.

If you need any extra convincing, look at the photo currently in third place.

The photo I entered on the site is kinda small; here it is large.

We should make it a forum thing to get this pic onto the top five listy thing ASAP, because you can barely tell there are meant to be others on pages 2,3,4, and to get a fair look it should be on page one, and as soon as it is one page one it will win hands down.

I agree with Perdita-I was looking at some of the other pics...blech...

Not only is Alison's the best subject matter-it's the best technically as well: clean image, good lighting, perfect timing-everything a good concert pic should be Smile

No worries! Any votes are a massive help! I'm a bit confused about some of the entries and why they're so high (350 votes for a Facebook profile picture? really?), but then I feel bad about being so mean-spirited. *guilt*

I have to say, I think the picture currently in 4th place is really good. It appeals to my love of black & white photography and angles therein. That one deserves to do well.
